I loved that band. All awesome musicians and dudes. Alex was insane. The sticks he used were huuuuge. He was an innovator of speed with power. Def a heavy favorite of mine for metal.

Yes I’m eating as close to paleo as I can and no carbs or sugar…..and I’m doing sprint’s and tabata and body weight crossfit. Wtf man!
